Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They may have changed since your last visit. By purchasing items from this site you indicate your acceptance of these policies.
PAYMENT TERMS
Terms for credit-approved customers are net 30 days. Late fees will be appropriated after 30 days at 1.5% per month. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money Orders and Checks.
FREIGHT TERMS
Within the continental (except Alaska and Hawaii) United States, freight is paid on purchases over $500.00 unless otherwise noted. We charge additional freight on certain odd size and heavy weight items. On pre-paid orders, we reserve the right to select the carrier. On LTL orders that do not qualify for pre-paid freight, charges will be pre-paid and added to the invoice. We will make every attempt to ship items ordered the same day if ordered by 1:00 EST if in stock. In most cases we ship FedEx ground. We cannot ship or bill to international addresses. Please contact office for further assistance. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Express Shipping may be available please contact office for further information. Products may be delivered in separate shipments from different locations.

$300.01 to $500.00 Shipping = $39.00
$500.01 plus Shipping = No Charge

PACKAGING CLAIMS
If there is any shortage or overage, it should be reported within 24 hours so appropriate measures can be taken. Title of ownership transfers to the customer when it is accepted by the carrier. Should damage or loss occur, note it on the freight bill at the time of delivery. In the event you need to file a claim, our sales staff will be glad to assist you. For drop shipments: We will assist you with completing your orders, and they are subject to our regular freight terms. Drop shipments via COD are not available. All prices are subject to change without notice.
GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, return them within 30 days for a store credit. Please call to authorize return before you send it.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. In the event you need to return an item within 30 days our sales staff will be glad to assist you. All returns must be authorized in advance. All Sales are Final on Clearance and Close-Out items.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be for Buy More Tools, Inc. store credit.
SALES TAX
All prices are in US dollars and do not include any local, state or federal taxes. Such taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, when required. Sales Tax is charged to California residents.
